That’s why we founded our own clinic right here in the community we love, where we could bring together the very best of what we’ve learned while building a place that truly reflects our vision for exceptional care.

We honestly can’t recommend Surrey Family Vets highly enough. Moving from a large corporate-owned veterinary practice to them was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our dogs.
Marcus and Natalia are both absolutely brilliant, so warm, friendly and caring, and they always take the time to listen, explain everything properly and make you feel completely at ease. You can tell immediately how much they genuinely care about the animals they look after, and it never feels rushed or impersonal.
We’ve unfortunately had several issues with our dogs recently and they have been amazing throughout. In particular, Natalia has been looking after our Chow Chow who has been having problems with his eyes, and having her specialist expertise in ophthalmology has been invaluable. She has been incredibly thorough, kind and reassuring, and we feel very lucky to have her looking after him.
It’s such a lovely, caring practice and the difference in having vets who really get to know you and your animals is huge. We’re so glad we found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We recently took our cat into Surrey Family Vets, as she was coughing and a bit under the weather. Marcos and the team were very professional and courteous. Following a very thorough examination and discussion, our cat was examined under anaesthetic two days later. We were shown a video of the 6 inch piece of grass that was stuck deep in her throat being carefully removed. Our cat is now back to full health and we would like to thank everyone at Surrey family vets for the care and attention shown during our visits.

Natalia and Marcos are the wonderful , approachable vets who work with 3 of our family rescue dogs - Revy , Ziggy and Loki. Each of our dogs have their own needs and the husky is blind in one eye. Natalia is an expert in this area and advises and treats Loki with great knowledge , expertise and care. The other dogs are always treated well and made a fuss over by the vet team including Emma , the fabulous vet nurse.
I trust that the family vet practice genuinely cares for the welfare and happiness of the dogs and are always welcoming and friendly. This is a wonderful , reassuring Vet practice for anyone thinking of joining .

I really can’t recommend Surrey Family Vets enough!
When I found out my Mabel needed cataract surgery, I was obviously incredibly worried, especially because she’s getting older, but Natalia was amazing from the very beginning. Natalia is an incredibly knowledgable ophthalmologist and went the extra mile to get John Burgess, a specialist ophthalmologist involved to perform Mabel’s surgery. She has continued to oversee everything herself, which has given me so much reassurance throughout the whole process.
I also want to give a mention to Marcos, who I know is also a fantastic vet and particularly amazing when it comes to surgical cases. It’s really clear that both Natalia and Marcos have such a genuine passion for what they do and really care about their patients.
I’m just so grateful that Mabel has had such an amazing team behind her. Thank you Surrey Family Vets❤️

The Surrey family vets are a professional, kind and compassionate team, and were very supportive throughout the whole process. They took great care of our whippet when she had to go in for her operation.
Marcos did a fabulous job, and Poppy has returned to her bossy little self again - which we are all grateful for! Once again racing around with all of her friends and thoroughly enjoying her snuggles on the sofa. We can't thank Surrey Vets enough, we are incredibly grateful for their kind and professional care!

We were referred to Surrey Family Vets for our Husky dogs eye, as Natalia is a very good eye specialist. There has been nothing but positive, friendly and reassuring service. Bailey (our 8 year old husky) had cataract surgery, which was completed by John, and the surgery went amazing. The check-ups following his eye surgery have been prompt and thorough.
We have taken our other pets for various reasons such as skin issues, check-ups and more. Each appointment has been welcoming and friendly, they even make an effort to ask how the other pets are doing. This shows great customer knowledge and an overall care for their customers.
I would recommend Natalia and Marcos at Surrey Family Vets to anyone. They are BRILLIANT. And a big shout out to their whole team too, as they are all great!!!!!

We recently brought two young mini-lop bunnies into the family, brother and sister.
They are living together so we don't want them creating more bunnies so we put our trust in Surrey Family Vets to neuter and spay them.
Marcus started to build trust with us immediately and gave us all the necessary information to decide on the procedures.
He operated on them both and gave us excellent after-care advice. He was flexible in his availability to see them for the follow-up after the op's.
We have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Family Vets and are very happy we found them and put our trust in them.

We recently took our cat to the practice for a free meet and greet as she’s new to the clinic, and we had a great experience. Marcos was very friendly and gave her a thorough check-up, making us feel completely at ease. He also took the time to talk us through the WellPet Club memberships and gave helpful advice on which option would suit her best. We’ve already booked her next appointment! The reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Overall, a lovely first visit — highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Surrey Family Vets highly enough! I bring my two French bulldogs, Draper and Louis, and the care they receive is always exceptional. The whole team is incredibly friendly and genuinely makes you feel like part of a family rather than just another appointment.
They’re so attentive to the needs of both pets and owners, and I really appreciate the thoughtful touches—like offering hypoallergenic treats, which are perfect for Frenchies. It’s clear they understand the breed and go the extra mile to keep them comfortable and happy.
What stands out even more is how mindful they are about costs. They always take the time to explain options and suggest different treatments or plans to help keep things manageable, which makes a huge difference.
